MyResearchHub is an online repository for economics and business research focused on Malaysia and the East Asia–Pacific region. It allows users to discover, read, and — where applicable — submit research papers and policy works.

• You grant MyResearchHub a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute the submitted content on the Platform.

All submissions are subject to review and approval before publication. We reserve the right to reject or remove any content at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

The Platform's design, code, and original content are the property of MyResearchHub. Submitted research papers remain the property of their respective authors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any content on the Platform. Research papers represent the views of their authors, not of MyResearchHub.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyResearchHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
